NITE W/ JAGUAR WRIGHT

Recently, we had the pleasure to perform and work with the fabulous Jaguar Wright. She took charge of the Warmdaddy's (Philly) stage for two sold-out shows. Most of us have started our professional careers playing with Jag and she has helped launch our success as musicians with her direct advice and loyalty, therefore, we are grateful. It wasn't a second thought when she called and asked if KB215 was available for these shows. We gathered the troops and made the nights magical. Jaguar Wright what an incredible person and talent to have worked beside.

Performance at Prince Theatre w/Dwele

KB215 had the pleasure of sharing the stage with soulful singer and songwriter DWELE at "Philly Live Pod" along with Bianca Raquel and Dave "Pop" Watson. The performance took place at Philly's Prince Theatre. KB215 once again gave an explosive performance with their super talented band and skilled lyricists. Oh yeah, we all had lots of fun!!!

NEW SINGLE "BMW" SCOOP FT. KB215

This is the latest dope rap written by our MC Scoop. This poetic composition is a portrayal of Scoop's journey in this music game, he describes it as BMW. One may immediately think an expensive German made car is what he is referring to in this song, a trophy for his achievement to the top. Naw, that's not it all, Scoop breaks it down as "Black Man Wish" From the first line about 05 Scoop guides us to now giving us a lyrical insight into his life as an upcoming rapper. On top of Scoop lyrical flow we are blown away by the live vibe coming from KB215 the band. I can't stop listening to this track taking note of the way Wayne Moore is smoking on the bass. There's no doubt KB215 together is definitely making music which will leave an unforgettable impression in the music industry.

KB215 MP3 SHININ' ON ME

This is one of my favorite songs on THE CAMPAIGN MIXTAPE. Scoop tells his life story in a very real way. He has experienced many obstacles, but he feels the heavens shining down on him which pushes him to keep it moving. This is an encouragement to all who may have that low lonely feeling sometimes-always remember you are still here for a purpose and Heaven is shining it's bright light on you even when you can't see it. OCD:Moosh & Twist Rockin out w/KB215

This fast moving to the top rap duo OCD:Moosh and Twist performed at TLA in Philly back in July. Usually they are accompanied by our KB215's drummer also Moosh's cousin(Darrell), but this time they decided to really do it BIG and brought the whole gang along. KB215 had the pleasure to perform in front of a packed out house of energetic ready to have a good time audience. Our Emcee SCOOP, also Moosh's cousin did not disappoint and blazed the stage with his bright personality and lyrical skills. Scoop was even treated to crowd surfing. It was such a successful show that OCD decided to make the night memorable by putting the footage in their new video THIS HIGH . Finally, Big Shout Out to our guitarist Ray who definitely spiced up this track with his awesome riffs.

H.B. Wilson School PSA

Kontraband215 loves to get involved in community service, especially when it comes to the young people. Therefore any time they are not on the road and an opportunity arises, they don't hesitate at the chance to "give back". It doesn't matter if they are trackin' with a high profile artist or the kids, one thing for sure they will give their best. This PSA video is from the kids at H.B. Wilson School in Camden, NJ. Big Kudos goes out to the principle Andrew Bell, who is a exceptional inspiration and gives hope to the future of the kids he is privilege to guide everyday.
